Tasting

Appearance : Color garnet-red, brilliancy and limpidity with cherry reflects
 

Nose  : Strongly expressed, fresh fruits flavouring, squashed strawberries.
 

Palate : Immediatly a pleasant taste in one’s mouth, large, free with a coolness expressing several fruits, bibbery, milberry raised in final by special notes spiced, liquorice and choice’s tanins.
 

Ageing : After six months of special preservation, wine can to grow old four to five years.
 

Harmony between food and drink : A wine’s personality permitting to accompagny a lot of meats roasts and particularly french “provençales”specialities.
