Palate : Fresh acidity, tannic, rather warm with a round mellow. It is a framed wine, harmonious with special spiced notes of liquorice.
 

Ageing : One year preservation in special wine barrel wood
 

Harmony between food and drink : Typical wine in accordance with spiced foods, delicatesssen, even stew of venaison. It can to grow old ten to twelve years.
