Appearance :
this wine shows a beautiful deep cherry-red colour
Nose :
there are complex notes of morello cherries, blended with liquorice and red
candied fruit
Palate :
full and unctuous in the mouth whith notes of brioche blended with red fruit and
a finish of delicate and silky tannins
Harmony between food and drink :
This wine will accompany Provencal dishes as wild boar in pepper sauce, « estouffade »(sted)
of goat meat, kidney « poelée »(casserole) with mushrooms and even « caillettes »
a typical dish made of different green vegetables and salt pork tied up in a
thin web of fat. Ageing : It can be laid down 10 to 12 years. |
