Pretty red burlat, intense and limpid color.
Nose :
With the nose one discovers black fruit flavours, of cherry jam, as well as
spiced notes of liquorice.
Palate

This wine is
very fatty, full, the tannins are molten, without aggressiveness, and there is a
beautiful length in mouth.
Ageing :
aged for two
years in oak barrels
Harmony between food and wine :
this wine is excellent with white meat, poultry or wildfowl as pheasants. |
