Appearance :  Beautiful light salmon color, limpid and brillant.
  

Nose  notes of small red fruits, raspberries and cherries complets the notes of pear.
  

Palate : In the palate, the wine is fat and unctuous it stays fresh and red fruit flavours appears.
 

Harmony between food and drink: Enjoy this wine with grill, pizza or cooked meats.

Can be served with bilberry for an apéritif called the MYRO.
 

Ageing qualities : The Rosé should be drink during the year.
