Bright colour with salmon pink highlights, the saignée vinification process gives it very fruity aromas and character.
Enjoy with grilled meats or as an aperitif.
Blanc

Grenache blanc, Clairette, Viognier, Bourboulenc.
Dry white wine with fruity, floral aromas (hawthorn). Exotic fruit, bright yellow colour with green highlights.
With fish and shellfish.
Serve chilled between 8 and 10°C.
