Aged for 6 months in oak barrels.

Attractive, intense and clear colour. The nose is dominated by black fruits. Aromas of spices and vanilla fill the palate.

With lightly spiced dishes, game or chocolate fondant.

Keep for 10 to 12 years.

Rosé Côtes-du-Rhône

Grenache noir, Cinsault
Aged for 9 months in oak and chestnut barrels.
 
Its colour is clear and bright salmon pink. Its nose is fruity with smoky notes and exotic fruits. Its palate is fruity, very balanced, with notes of chestnuts, hazelnuts and lychees.
 
Enjoy with refined dishes, grilled fish or as an aperitif with grilled toast and salmon.
 
Keep for 2 years.
Blanc Côtes-du-Rhône

Viognier, Bourboulenc
Aged for 4 months in oak barrels.

Bright, pale yellow colour. The nose reveals jasmine and apple. Spice and vanilla aromas fill the palate.

With slightly spicy dishes, such as fish en papillote with smoked bacon.

Keep for 3 to 4 years.

Old vine red

Côtes-du-Rhône
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre.

The result of a long maceration, this wine has a garnet red colour with brown highlights and is very fruity with hints of vanilla. The tannins are fine and supple thanks to its ageing in old oak casks.
 
It can be enjoyed now with white meats.
 
Keep for 8 years.
Côtes du Rhône Rouge

Bright purplish red colour. A powerful wine with spicy aromas and ripe fruit.

Its long maceration gives it excellent longevity.
